Menu – Tools

 
  1. 1.Displays size of the current image. 

  2. 2.Sets units in which are sizes displayed in the editor. 

  3. 3.Sets resolution of the image. DPI stands for dots per inch. This parameter is essential when you want use other units then pixels. Resolution defines how densely are pixels represented on the target device. 

  4. 4.Pan mode – This mode allows user to move image view by dragging. During this mode is displayed View toolbar. 

  5. 5.Zoom mode – This mode allows user to zoom image by clicking on image. When you clink on certain place in the image then image will be zoomed in. When you hold Shift key during the click then image is zoomed out. During this mode is displayed View toolbar. 

  6. 6.Display the current zoom value of the current image. This value can be changed directly by typing. Other option is to click on the button which displays panel with the slider. The drop down panel also contains buttons with most common values. 

  7. 7.Rotate mode – This mode allows user to rotate image view by dragging. During this mode is displayed View toolbar. 

  8. 8.Display the current angle value of the current image. This value can be changed directly by typing. Other option is to click on the button which displays panel with the slider. The drop down panel also contains buttons with most common values. 

  9. 9.Undo - You can undo the most recent action by pressing this button. 

  10. 10.Redo - You can undo the most recent undo action by pressing this button. 

Notes
  • There are actions which can not be undone (mostly from practical reasons). The actions which fall into this category: 

    • Zooming / Panning / Rotating  / Scrolling image view 

    • Change of layer visibility
